By purchasing any of my graphics you agree to abide by all of my terms,
if you read them or not.
Purchased graphics will be sent by email, after payment is done.

By any violation of my terms,
You loose the right to use my graphics/tubes.

No refunds will be given


General Terms



  • Give credit where credit is due, by linking back to :

  • All graphics are copyright by me (unless otherwise stated)
    I reserve the right to change my terms at any time
  • My layout and graphics are ONLY FOR MY SITE
  • Do NOT direct link to graphics ....
  • Don't claim my work as yours ..
  • Do NOT remove my copyright .. some are visible, some not.
  • You must have the "no rigth click, drag & drop", no image toolbar" protection on your site.
    You can find them at Dynamic Drive



  • *** If you have a password protected site/members area ... ***
    You must give me a membername and password,
    so I can check once in a while if my terms are lived by.
    I will not use anything from your site, it's only to check

  • If you not give me acces to you site,
    You loose the right to use my graphics/tubes.







    • Terms For Tube sets


    No matter What you made with my tubes:
    * The original creation of the graphics are copyright to me,
    you only have purchased the right to sale what you
    have CREATED using my tubes. *

    Tube packs will come with a certificate.
    This must be displayed on the same page that you are
    selling the graphic from, with a clickable link back to
    http://annekebruil.nl

    If you are using my tubes in a password protected site/members area,
    You must give me a membername and password or the login info
    to see that you are abiding by my terms.

    By purchasing my tubes you agree to supply me with loggin access.

  • If you not give me acces to you site,
    You loose the right to use my graphics/tubes.



    • You May :

  • Sell graphics created with these tubes,
    (i.e. tags, websets, stats, gifts etc...),
    but bou MUST finish the tube with some kind
    of setting (scenery, background) before you sell it
  • When you make websets or stats with it,
    you must provide a link back to me on it.




    • You may Not :

  • Sell them as is.
  • You MUST finish the tube with some
    kind of setting (scenery, background) first
  • Change, alter, recolor,resell or offer my sets on your site.
  • Share/send them through any (snag) groups
  • Burn them on CD and sell it



    • AS IS Tube sets


    comes with a License, certificate for you
    and a logo for your members to use


    You May :

    You may offer them as-is in your members section for END USE only,
    with the license displayed on the same page, with a clickable link back to
    http://annekebruil.nl

    Your members have to link back to me as well with the logo

  • Make graphics with these tubes,
    (i.e. tags, websets, stats, gifts etc...),
    but bou MUST finish the tube with some kind
    of setting (scenery, background).
  • Adding text only is not enough.
  • When you make websets or stats with it,
    you must provide a link back to me on it.




    • You may Not :

  • Claim these images as your own work, offer them as is in your shop .
  • Use them in dollmakers etc., share/send them through any (snag) groups, under any circumstances
  • Alter in any way, except to recoulor eyes by you the buyer only.
  • Chop 'parts' of these images to make your own graphics.
  • Make compilation CD's, cross stitch, embroidery, etc., under any circumstances.

  • Place the license or certificate on each page, in wich these images are used
  • Give me a membername and password or the login info for your protected area,
    to see that you are abiding by my terms.






    Terms For Sigtags / Premades


    You May :

  • Show them on your site, with a clickable link on the same page
  • Use them as a av or sig in forums, with the proper credit
  • Buy them for friends, But you MUST state that in the orderform.
    Your friend also have to give the proper credit




    • You may Not :

  • Change, alter, recolor,resell or offer them on your site.
  • Make graphics or add anything else with them
  • Use them as decorations for your site / layout.
  • Add them to your site for download
  • Share/send them through any (snag) groups
  • Burn them on CD and sell it






    • Terms For Collectables


    You May :

  • Show them on your site,
    with the logo and a clickable link on the same page
  • Buy them for friends, But you MUST state that in the orderform.
